Hogle Zoo
The Hogle Zoo faced a number of strategic and operational challenges. The Zoo’s leadership faced the pressure of deciding whether to relocate the zoo or grow in its current location. It needed to clearly assess its options, impacts, and potential outcomes of these changes.
