L. Scott Schultz - While building a successful career in development, marketing and government service, Scott Schultz envisioned a non-traditional consulting firm to help nonprofit organizations meet their distinctive challenges. As a development generalist, her experience encompasses reviving endowment campaigns, obtaining corporate sponsorships, writing grant proposals, cultivating major donors, and formalizing development and strategic plans. Christina specializes in all types of corporate and foundation fundraising and program management, including grant writing and grants program management, development communications, corporate fundraising and development events. Her prior work with cultural and educational institutions includes heading the fundraising programs at: the University of Pennsylvania’s Annenberg Center, International House of Philadelphia and Moore College of Art (Philadelphia). She was also the Executive Director of Cheltenham Center for the Arts (Cheltenham, PA). Grand View Health Foundation
Grand View Health Foundation faced the challenge of improving access to ambulatory care, enlarging facilities for outpatient services and renovating inpatient areas. Plans called for taking outpatient care off the main campus of the Hospital. A capital campaign was mounted to raise $8 million toward the construction of two new off-site ambulatory care units and making the needed improvements to the main hospital facility. (more)
