Saint Vincent Meals on Wheels– Website

Schultz & Williams (S&W) took a long-time client, St. Vincent Meals on Wheels (SVMOW), and conducted an assessment of their future in fundraising. Despite great success raising money through direct mail and other traditional fundraising initiatives over the years, S&W decided it was time to look to their website as a fundraising tool—another place to make contact with potential donors, but one which was currently being underutilized. As a result, S&W completely redesigned their website. S&W's services included writing content, creating design, which tied to their brand identity, and developing new architecture and functionality (such as opt-in and tell-a-friend opportunities).

In just five months, SVMOW increased online giving by 80% and increased their constituent e-mail list by more than 100% through successful viral and engagement e-mail campaigns. The continued growth of this list will allow SVMOW to cultivate, motivate, and solicit constituents through dual channels, which has been shown to increase the value of any donor by as much as 300%.
