Jessica Harrington, Vice President - Jessica is recognized in the direct response industry for creating and implementing multi-channel direct marketing programs for national nonprofit organizations. She has formulated strategies to expand member/donor bases, improve net income, boost frequency of giving and improve retention rates for her clients, which include American Friends Service Committee, Wildlife Conservation Society, Habitat for Humanity and CARE. Erica Avery, Graphic Designer - For more than thirty years, Erica has been designing distinctive print materials that have reflected and achieved marketing and fundraising goals. (more)

Sarah Brierley, Account Coordinator - As a member of the S&W Direct team, Sarah is responsible for ensuring that each job is completed on time, using the highest standards. She coordinates creative and strategic planning sessions for key accounts, including copy and design routing; reviews direct marketing projects from start to finish; and manages internal creative schedules. She works primarily in the healthcare, social service, conservation, arts and culture sectors. (more)

Dell Fascione, Vice President of Marketing and Communications - Dell Fascione brings 26 years of nonprofit marketing and membership experience to Schultz & Williams through her hands-on management and senior level positions held at some of Philadelphia’s top cultural destinations. Her experience ranges from copywriting and production management of marketing materials. (more)

Laura Webster Esposito, Creative Director - Since 1989, Laura Esposito has served Schultz & Williams clients as creative director and direct response copywriter. Laura has written direct response mail and TV and radio ads for many S&W clients including the American Film Institute, the American Museum of Natural History. (more)

Sarah Parkinson Hartke, Director of Client Services - S&W Direct team member Sarah Hartke brings more than 20 years of direct marketing experience to the table. She focuses her efforts on strategic planning, program auditing, acct management and new business development. Among Sarah’s recent S&W clients are St. Mary Medical Center (Langhorne, PA), Montgomery County Community College (PA) and Adventure Aquarium (Camden, NJ). (more)

Christina Kukelhaus, Account Executive - As a member of the S&W Direct team since 2009, Christina is responsible for the daily activities of accounts including direct mail campaigns, website development and online/social media communications. She is responsible for quality control and for keeping her clients’ marketing programs on schedule and within budget. Her current clients include St. Vincent Meals on Wheels, the America Association for Cancer Research, and The Planetary Society. (more)

Paige Layng, Account Coordinator - As a member of the S&W Direct team, Paige maintains records of each mailing, creates and implements timelines, coordinates copy routing, reviews creative packages from start to finish, helping to coordinate the individual efforts of the S&W Direct team. Paige also provides general administrative support to her S&W Direct colleagues. (more)

Jeff McKay, Digital & Graphic Designer - For more than 14 years, Jeff McKay has been designing award-winning materials. His work ranges from direct response packages, display advertisements and logos to e-mails and landing pages for Web campaigns. (more)

Samantha Prestia, Account Executive - As Account Executive, Samantha manages the day-to-day activities for S&W Direct including direct mail campaigns, website development and online communications. She manages the full-scope of a project from creative to fulfillment. (more)

Nicholas Scherer, Production Assistant - Nick has a variety of responsibilities including administrative support, updating databases, segmentation of data, creating reports, and doing anything else to help his fellow co-workers as needed. (more)

Mary Schultz, Production Manager - Mary Schultz joined the Schultz & Williams team in 2001 and oversees and manages the full-production capabilities of S&W’s services. (more)

Owen Sullivan , Production Coordinator - As part of the S&W Direct team, Owen works closely with Production Manager Mary Schultz. He reviews production specifications and bids out creative, print and lettershop components to prospective vendors; deciphers the most cost-effective, qualified vendor for each project; proofs prepress lasers to eliminate any errors prior to going on press; and produces purchase orders for all vendors. Elizabeth Velardi, Traffic Manager - Liz Velardi brings to Schultz & Williams strong organizational and management skills acquired through 12 years in the nonprofit sector. She has extensive experience in the formulation and management of development program budgets, database management, project management and event coordination. (more)

Gail Whiffen, Account Coordinator - As a member of the S&W Direct team, Gail is responsible for coordinating all work in progress by generating client schedules, updating and maintaining project plans, and editing and reviewing proofs for accuracy. Gail also provides general administrative support to her S&W Direct colleagues. (more)

Becky Zahrly, Senior Membership Consultant and Analyst - With more than 13 years of communications and membership experience, Becky Zahrly provides specialized skills and many years of relevant expertise to S&W’s high-profile, membership-based direct response clients. She is proficient in executing membership acquisition and renewal direct mail campaigns, developing exclusive member programs and events, and managing on-site sales initiatives. (more)

In 2003, NCNW’s membership program was at a crossroads. With only 35% of its members renewing each year and limited opportunities available for members to support NCNW, its membership base was struggling to reach its fundraising potential. NCNW sought S&W Direct’s help in reviving its membership program. (more)
