Administrative Assistant/Project Coordinator

Job Description

Schultz and Williams has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant/Project Coordinator to support senior staff members. Responsibilities include administrative support of staff consultants and oversight of their projects, which involves developing and managing the project timeline, ensuring fulfillment of contract deliverables, managing consultant time allocations, managing the study interview scheduling process with clients, and communicating regularly with client and consultants. A very important aspect of the job involves drafting and editing proposals, agreements and reports, so good writing and editing skills are mandatory.

Requirements

Minimum one year experience in an administrative position
Strong organizational skills
Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
