Exciting Opportunity at the AZA!

The Cleveland Zoological Society has raised $700,000 on-line since 2002 and increased their web revenue by 240%. How? With a rigorously tested, easy-to-understand website that is highly customizable, enabling steady growth in e-commerce and e-donations and cross-program purchasing capability allowing donors "one-stop shopping".

In an effort to help you strengthen your own organization's e-philanthropy capabilities, the Cleveland Zoological Society invites you to attend a complimentary luncheon at the Bourbon House, which is in walking distance of the New Orleans Marriott on Monday, September 20, from 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

RSVP to Amy Cronauer (cronauer@clevelandzoosociety.org) by September 16 so that CZS may include you in this informative session.

New Client News

Schultz & Williams is pleased to add the Audubon Nature Institute (ANI) and the Tucson Zoological Society (TZS) to its family of zoo and aquarium clients.

Audubon Nature Institute

Working with the leadership and staff of ANI, Schultz & Williams will be integrating its development and business planning expertise to create a ten-year financial model to guide ANI's future capital and operating investments and then test this business model, level of capital investments and case for support with potential donors through a fund-raising feasibility study. The final work product will serve as a strategic roadmap that helps to insure that future capital investments are balanced against a realistic and achievable business model.

Tucson Zoological Society

TZS came to Schultz & Williams for help in increasing their membership base. Working with TZS, S&W created a direct mail campaign that was sent to 100,000 Tucson families. S&W also worked with TZS to create a mid-level membership category to upgrade new members. Because of this campaign, Tucson was able to acquire over 1,650 new members at a much higher average gift and generate almost $10,000 in net income.
