The Hogle Zoo faced a number of strategic and operational challenges. The Zoo’s leadership faced the pressure of deciding whether to re-locate the zoo or grow in its current location. It needed to clearly assess its options, impacts, and potential outcomes of these changes. While looking at the ‘big’ picture, the Zoo still needed to continue to improve its experience for the visitor while remaining sustainable and fiscally responsible. (more)
