Allison Harris, Project Manager– Allison Harris brings six years of nonprofit management experience with her to Schultz and Williams. In her role as Project Manager for the Food Trust, an education and advocacy nonprofit organization based in Philadelphia, she managed several grants and projects including a large-scale initiative with three school districts to provide education services in more than 80 public schools. At the Trust, Allison was responsible for program development, implementation, budget management, client and funder communication and reporting. She also served as the Food Trust representative on a number of collaboratives, local initiatives and steering committees to enhance the Agency’s partnership opportunities within the region.

Allison has strong communication and organizational skills that allow her to successfully guide projects to completion. She has experience in all aspects of project management from drafting proposals, facilitating meetings, monitoring timelines and deliverables, and report writing and presentation. She is a skilled presenter and facilitator and has completed extensive training in focus group moderation.

Allison has a B.A. from Temple University, and she holds a certificate in Human Resources from La Salle University’s Nonprofit Center. Allison is a member of the Philadelphia Young Nonprofit Leaders, the National Organization of Women and the American Public Health Association.
