Jessica Harrington, Vice President – Jessica Harrington is recognized in the direct response industry for her strong and diverse background in direct marketing for nationally recognized nonprofit organizations. She has formulated strategies to increase net income, boost frequency of giving and improve retention rates for clients including Habitat for Humanity, CARE, Operation Smile and Heifer Project International.

Prior to joining Schultz & Williams, Jessica managed her own consulting business and worked with fundraising agencies and nonprofit organizations to produce strategic and creative development program audits, identify growth opportunities and conduct profile analyses. She also assisted her clients with developing and executing successful high-dollar programs, upgrade tactics, welcome strategies, monthly giving clubs, planned giving programs, telemarketing campaigns and premium and non-premium acquisition packages. From 1996 to 1999, Jessica worked at Craver, Mathews, Smith & Company, a leading direct mail fundraising and membership development firm in the Washington, D.C, where she prepared and presented detailed direct response performance evaluations and made recommendations for expanding and improving program efficiency. She executed a $55 million, 3.1 million donor direct marketing program for Habitat for Humanity and also created annual projections for existing programs and new initiatives. She was also responsible for planning detailed donor acquisition list strategies.

Prior to her work at CMS, Jessica worked at the Direct Marketing Association in Washington, DC and was responsible for re-launching its Political Action Committee. Jessica has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
