Kate Taylor, Staff and Marketing Assistant – Kate Taylor began her professional career in marketing and special events in the Mayor’s office, Lancaster, Pennsylvania where she put her bachelor’s degree in Government to work upon graduating from Franklin & Marshall College. During her tenure as the marketing and events assistant, she wrote press releases, coordinated media events and represented the City of Lancaster at meetings with high-ranking community leaders. Kate also assisted in the planning, coordination and execution of citywide events with up to 10,000 participants and maintained the City’s database of current event vendors and sponsors.

Since coming to Schultz & Williams in February, 2008, Kate has worked on a range of projects including interim staffing on the capital campaign team at Lower Merion Library System, the development of a communication plan for Community College of Philadelphia Foundation’s Expanding Possibilities campaign and Raiser’s Edge work for both the Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania and Wills Eye Institute.

In addition to her degree from F&M College, Kate served as an executive board member of Phi Lambda chapter of the Chi Omega Sorority and is currently an active Board member of the Taylor Family Foundation.
